Originally established as Copper Tool and Die in 2013, we've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship and reliable service.
In 2023, under new ownership, we rebranded as Copper Industrial and invested in cutting-edge equipment and expanded capabilities while maintaining the personal service and attention to detail our customers depend on.
Upload your CAD files and receive a detailed quote within 24 hours. Our engineering team will review your design and provide DFM feedback.
We accept STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.iges, .igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), Inventor (.ipt), AutoCAD (.dwg, .dxf), and PDF drawings. STEP is our preferred format for 3D models.
Our standard machining tolerance is ±0.005". For precision work, we can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.0005". Please specify your requirements in the RFQ.
We work with aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024), steels (1018, 4140, 4340), stainless steels (303, 304, 316, 17-4PH), titanium (Grade 5, Grade 23), Inconel, brass, copper, and engineering plastics (Delrin, PEEK, UHMW, Nylon).
Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks. Expedited service (1-5 days) is available for urgent projects. Lead time depends on complexity, quantity, and current capacity.
Yes! We specialize in rapid prototyping with quantities as low as 1 piece. We can produce functional prototypes in production-grade materials for design validation.
We follow rigorous quality control procedures including in-process inspection and final verification. We provide full material certifications, first article inspection reports, and detailed documentation upon request. We are actively working toward ISO certification.
Whether you have a question, need a quote, or want to schedule a facility tour, we're here to help.
